By approaching passive candidates, who are not on databases or possibly not reading job adverts, we can widen our search for excellent candidates. Of course traditional recruitment methods are still core to our approach, but we also search, select and headhunt on your behalf. As the environment surrounding the approach to the job seeker changes so must your approach. With this in mind, we are active on over 300 job boards and, of course, social media to expand our search even further.

There are no upfront charges. An agency fee of only 12.5% of the candidate's first year remuneration (reduced to 10% if expected to exceed £50,000) which is payable in 2 instalments. Only half of the agency fee is payable once the candidate has started in the role, the other half is payable within 6 weeks of the candidate start date.
In the highly unlikely event of an engagement terminating within the first 12 weeks of starting (unless engaged on a short term contract of 6 months or less), we offer to find a replacement at no extra charge, or a full refund of any fee paid.
